Class of 2017 Grad Night!
Graduating Seniors, it's time to purchase tickets for the Class of 2017 Grad Night being held on June 9th - June 10th, 2017!

Shhhhh! Holding to CHS tradition, the location is a closely guarded secret, but there will be music, fun, dancing, food, and surprises. This is an annual event coordinated by the CHS PTSA.

For your order to be complete, you MUST complete the Registration and Waiver form.  After that you will be redirected to PayPal to make your payment.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Additional Details:

  • ONLY 2017 graduates in good standing and eligible to walk in the CHS graduation ceremony (including Middle College grads) can buy Grad Night tickets. No guests or dates allowed.
  • Check-in for the event will start at 6:30pm on Friday, June 9th, 2017 at the Scots Gym, where you will board buses to the venue. You will return to Carlmont by 3:30am on Saturday, June 10th.
  • Tickets are NOT transferable and NOT refundable.
  • The PTSA makes scholarships available (upon confirmation of your status by the CHS Administration) for a discount ($35.00).

Class of 2017 Grad Night Celebration

Event Date:  Friday, June 9th, 6:30pm – June 10th, 3:30am
Check-in time:  6:30 pm, Carlmont High School Scots Gym
Return time:  Graduates will return to the gym and be dismissed at 3:30am

All 2017 Carlmont High School Graduates in good standing and eligible to walk in the 2017 graduation ceremony, including Middle College Graduates, are invited to attend the Grad Night 2017 celebration.

Grad Night 2017 Information and Rules:

  • Graduates must have a photo ID and have purchased a ticket and completed the necessary waiver and registration form in advance.  No ticket sales after May 31st.
  • Student Resource Officer (SRO) from the Belmont Police Department and parent volunteers will be at the Scots Gym during check-in and at the venue.
  • Anyone arriving intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or acting in a disorderly manner will be referred to the SRO and will not be allowed to attend the event.
  • Graduates will undergo a pat-down search prior to boarding the buses.  Adult volunteers will be trained to conduct this search by the Carlmont SRO and will be supervised by the SRO.
  • Graduates will place their personal items in individual, sealed bags upon check-in and these items will be returned upon returning from the venue.  DO NOT BRING VALUABLES.
  • No cell phones, smartphones, apple watches, pagers, or any device with the ability to communicate, yearbooks, purses, backpacks or water bottles.
  • Cameras will be allowed ONLY if the device has no communication ability.
  • All medications and necessary personal items must be checked-in and will be held by the nurse during the event, with the exception of epi-pens and inhalers (students can hold onto those).  The nurse will have personal hygiene items available at the venue.
  • Attire is informal.  The venue will have indoor and outdoor activities.  PLEASE DRESS IN LAYERS as it can be very cool this late at night.
  • Graduates are expected to remain at the venue and travel as a group until returning to Carlmont at approximately 3:30am. 
  • Most importantly – HAVE FUN!
