Carlmont ASB is a registered non-profit organization that abides by the rules of earning and spending its money as set forth by the California Education Code. As such, the ASB budget will always show a balance of revenue and expenses. And all money must be spent on the students of Carlmont for extra-curricular activities within the current school year. Following is a list of the expense categories as of 2017: Assemblies, Dances, Lunchtime Activities, Supervision, Training, CIF/CCS/PAL dues, Sports Expenses, ASB Supplies, Team Supplies.
The Associated Student Body will represent the students of Carlmont High School in a wide range of school activities that will be offered to provide an enjoyable and thriving campus thereby maintaining a positive image with the local community.

Thank you for participating in the program for the Principal’s Service Award! The goal of this program is to encourage students to participate in community service activities that you enjoy, and to experience the true value of giving back to others.
There are 4 forms you will need, if you choose to participate in the program.
Pick Up Cap/Gown/Tassel on MAY 31 at lunch and June 5 after the senior picnic
Info Packets were distributed in mid-November. All gowns must be returned at the end of the Graduation Ceremony into boxes provided by Herff Jones before the grads can pick up their diplomas. Seniors who have not pre-ordered their C,G,&T units will have to pick from those available from a generic "bulk order" placed in April. Sizes are not guaranteed for those who do not pre-order.
All seniors MUST pick up their Cap, Gown, and Tassel on May 31 in the ASB room at lunch. All C,G,&T units not picked up will be held until after the Senior Picnic.

Walking Partners and Graduation Seating Chart:The seating chart will be created from Walking Partner request name card which will be available in English classes and ASB room in late April. Partner requests are due on or before May 5 in the ASB room. The Seating Chart will be available in May 2017. Senior Picnic June 5

Senior Service Seal Points To honor your service to Carlmont. You can earn a gold, silver, or bronze service seal on your diploma Service Seal Form Due to the ASB room on or before May 5. Graduation Practice June 6, 7, and 8 at 10:00 in football bleachers are absolutely MANDATORY! Anyone not in their seat for Grad Practice will not be allowed to walk at the Graduation Ceremony on Friday, June 9! Baccalaureate An Awards and Recognition ceremony for all seniors who want to attend that celebrates our talented and deserving Seniors. Thursday, June 8, 7:00 pm in the Terry Stogner Gymnasium. Seating is on a first come, first served basis. Baccalaureate Auditions May 15 in the choir room at 3:30 p.m.
