Principal: Gay Buckland-Murray  

Ms. Buckland-Murray is in her sixth year as the principal of Carlmont High School.  Previous to her administrative role, Ms. Buckland-Murray was a high school English and world language teacher in the district.  Charged with a passion in understanding the transformative power of a quality public school education, Ms. Buckland-Murray continues to inspire the Scot Community with her leadership.

Instructional Vice Principal: Jennifer Lang

Ms. Lang is in her fifth year as the instructional vice principal of Carlmont High School.  Previous to her administrative role, Ms. Lang was a high school English teacher in the district.  Her primary responsibilities at Carlmont will be master scheduling and testing.

Administrative Vice Principal: Grant Steunenberg

Mr. Steunenberg is in his twelfth year as the administrative vice principal of Carlmont High School.  Previous to his administrative role, Mr. Steuenberg was a high school English teacher.  His primary responsibilities at Carlmont will be facilities and sports.

Administrative Vice Principal: Gregg Patner

Mr. Patner is in his tenth year as the administrative vice principal of Carlmont High School.  Previous to his administrative role, Mr. Partner was a high school Special Education teacher.  His primary responsibilities at Carlmont will be campus safety and English Language Learning.

Administrative Vice Principal: Simone Rick-Kennel 

Ms. Rick-Kennel is in her twelfth year as an administrator in the Sequoia Union High School district and her first year as an administrative vice principal at Carlmont High School.  Previous to her administrative roles, Ms. Rick-Kennel was a high school Special Education teacher.  Her primary responsibilities at Carlmont will be Special Education and 504 plans.
