Work Permit Info

Work Permit Requirements: All students under age 18 require a work permit to work. Once you turn 18, you do not need to apply for a work permit. Work permits are valid for one school year (September 1 through August 31). You must maintain a 2.0 GPA and regularly attend school to qualify for a work permit. Your work permit can be revoked at any time if your grades or attendance drops.

Work Permits are only issued at the school site during school work hours and not on Holiday Breaks.

Step 1: Fill out a Work Permit Form

You need to fill out one of these two work permit forms. For your convenience, we provide two different formats of fillable documents: one is a fillable pdf and the other is a fillable word document. After your offer of employement, this form must be signed by you, a parent, and your employer before submitting it.
