Athletic Clearance
Sequoia Union High School District utilizes an online registration and clearance process for athletic eligibility.
On-line registration needs to be completed once per school year. It will open on May 4, 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year.

Physical Form
Please note that physicals are good for one calendar year from the date of the physical. We are not permitted to take extensions for physicals.
Once the physical form has been completed, it should be uploaded to sports net.
If you are having a difficult time getting a physical appointment with your primary physician here are some other options.
If you expect to be cleared for the first day of tryouts, on-line registration including an uploaded physical form is due no later than one week before the start of tryouts.
Students must be cleared before they can try out or compete for a team. Deadlines to submit are found below.
Fall Sports:
Tackle Football, Girls Flag Football, Boys Cross Country, Girls Cross Country, Boys Water Polo, Girls Water Polo, Girls Golf, Girls Volleyball, Girls Tennis
